付某某，女，1993年9月出生，重庆市渝中区人，因涉嫌诈骗罪于2011年10月22日被刑事拘留，于2011年11月1日被逮捕。重庆智豪律师事务所接受其家属委托，指派团队资深律师担任其侦查、审查起诉、一审阶段辩护人。何智律师在接受指派后，多次会见了犯罪嫌疑人，与其进行了充分沟通。该案进入审查起诉阶段后，何智律师多次与承办人交换意见，提出付某某系未成年人、从犯等律师意见，并得到承办人认同。最终渝中区人民检察院作出对付某某不起诉决定。
