案情回放：嫌疑人黄某 男 汉族 1974年7 月生 重庆市涪陵区人。因涉嫌诈骗罪于2011 年3月12日被重庆市某公安分局刑事拘留。
嫌疑人远在涪陵的家属于2011年4月5日慕名前来找到智豪律所团队，要求我们代理该案件。我们接受委托后去某公安分局办理会见手续。经会见嫌疑人后了解到嫌疑人涉嫌诈骗罪证据不充分，证据之间未形成证据锁链，当即向承办单位提出对嫌疑人取保候审申请。该分局充分的考虑了我们提出的取保候审申请理由，经研究，于2011年4月18日对嫌疑人作出取保候审决定
